Man molests 7-year-old girl, held

Bhopal: A 30-year-old man molested a 7-year-old girl in the city. The ordeal occurred at a construction site located directly across from the minor girl's residence. The man was arrested by police on Thursday, after the survivor's family apprehended the accused and handed him over. A case was filed against the accused under relevant sections of BNS and POCSO Act, cops said.According to police, the survivor is a Class 2 student. The ordeal took place when the girl was playing outside her home. The survivor reported that while she was playing, the accused, who was a worker at the construction site , approached her and subjected her to indecent acts. The child rushed home in tears and narrated the ordeal to her parents.
