Man walks through office door, steals 6 laptops from desks

Bengaluru: A miscreant stole six laptops from a private firm in HSR Layout Sector 1 recently.According to the complaint filed by admin staff of Linking Spaces Technologies Pvt Ltd, the office opened around 9.30am on April 30 and the theft happened within a few minutes.An unidentified man arrived on a two-wheeler, parked it outside the office and casually walked in through an open door. He swiftly picked up six laptops from desks, put them in a bag and fled the scene.The incident came to light after office staff found their laptops missing. A senior officer said the complaint was filed two days after the incident. CCTV cameras of the office and surrounding places captured the suspect, and efforts are on to nab him. A case has been registered under BNS Section 305 (theft in a dwelling house, or means of transportation or place of worship, etc).
