NEW DELHI: A man identified as Amit Singh was arrested by Amritsar Police on Tuesday, with 5 Glock pistols, 4 magazines, and a motorcycle recovered from his possession.According to Punjab DGP, the accused had been working in connivance with his associate Gurpreet Singh alias Ginny and was in touch with Pakistan-based smugglers who were pushing weapon consignments into the state.

Police said the weapons were intended to disturb peace and harmony in Punjab.
