Galla Ramachandra Rao is new chief of Naredco Amaravati
VIJAYAWADA: Leading real-estate developer and business captain, Galla Ramachandra Rao has been elected as president of National Real-Estate Development Council (Naredco) Amaravati chapter. Ramachandra Rao was elected to the top post uncontested as all the members attending the general body meeting wanted him to head the organization. Speaking to the media, Rao said that their association would strive hard for the development of the capital city Amaravati. He wanted all the realtors to develop only approved and authorized layouts. He said that they would extend support to all the realtors who would opt to take up business through approved and authorized layouts. “We request all the members to go only for authorized layouts in the capital city. Naredco will extend its fullest support to all those members with authorized layouts,” said Ramachandra Rao. He said that they would also take support from the govt and act as a coordinating agency to the realtors and developers.Naredco members VV Narsaiah, G Punna Rao, K Ramakoteswara Rao, V Srinivasa Rao, Rajavarapu Ravi and MM Kondaiah congratulated the newly elected president, Ramachandra Rao.
The Naredco general body elected A Sambasiva Rao as executive vice-president, N Rambabu as general secretary, Maram Chandrasekhar as treasurer. Peddi Subbarao, M Hanumantha Rao, M Ramakrishna, PVK Chaitanya were elected as vice-presidents and G Siva Nagababu, Ajmathulla as joint secretaries.
