BJP women activists protest against SP MP’s remarks

Prayagraj: The activists of Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha staged a massive demonstration at the district headquarters in protest against the derogatory remarks made by the Samajwadi Party MP from Mahoba against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demanded his apology on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, BJP district president (Gangapar), Nirmala Paswan, said. “By making such highly undignified and derogatory remarks against the PM, the SP MP has exposed the petty mentality of both- himself and his party— a behavior that cannot be tolerated.”



She asserted that such comments are an insult not only to the PM but also to 'Nari Shakti'. She further argued that Akhilesh Yadav ought to take disciplinary action against the MP — something that he has failed to do — and for which he should feel ashamed.
