AGRA: A 38-year-old daily wager was killed after an allegedly out-of-control car hit him outside a gas agency warehouse in the Shahpur area of Muzaffarnagar district on Tuesday morning. Police said the vehicle has been seized, while the driver fled the scene after the accident.Ayub Ahmed, a resident of Paldi village, had arrived at the warehouse to collect a gas cylinder when the accident took place. His body was sent for postmortem examination.Investigators are examining CCTV footage from the area to trace the driver. Deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Gajender Singh said, “A case would be registered after a formal complaint is received from the victim's family.”
