BENGALURU: NYSE-listed ASGN Incorporated appointed Sangita Singh as president for India and International operations, a newly created role to scale offshore delivery and deepen digital engineering capabilities. The move came as ASGN advanced its $290 million acquisition of Quinnox, strengthening its offshore delivery presence in India. Together, the leadership appointment and deal reflected ASGN’s push to build a globally integrated delivery platform. ASGN, a provider of IT solutions to commercial and govt clients, reported $4 billion in FY2025 revenue and planned to transition to the Everforth brand in the first half of the year. Singh will set up India-based go-to-market operations to capitalise on the rise of global capability centres and accelerate expansion in the country. She will also drive international growth and partner with commercial leaders to enhance offshore delivery and execute large, complex programmes for global clients. “As we move into our next phase of growth and expand our offshore delivery capabilities, Sangita’s deep industry experience, cross-cultural leadership, and strong reputation in the Indian marketplace make her uniquely suited to this role.
Her appointment reflects our long-term strategy to invest in global delivery and position our company for sustained growth,” said Ted Hanson, CEO of ASGN. Singh brings more than 3 decades of experience. Most recently, as General Manager of IT and IT-enabled services at Microsoft India, she previously held senior roles at IBM, Infosys and Wipro, leading multi-billion-dollar businesses across AI, cloud and enterprise applications. At Wipro, she led the healthcare and life sciences portfolio with an $800 million run rate.
