Biography
Sultan Jessa is a Canadian journalist whose parent came from Gujarat. Educated in Tanzania, Britain and Germany, Sultan worked in Tanzania and Kenya for several newspapers and Daily and Sunday Nation newspapers Kenya. He stringed for UPI, Reuters, AP, AFP and Ceteka. In Canada, he started working for the Thompson chain of newspapers. He is now retired but writes columns for newspapers. He was won many awards, including Order of Canada.
