Clavicular, the online streamer also known as “KingClavicular,” is not facing criminal charges after a Tesla Cybertruck incident in Miami. That is the most important update right now. The crash happened on December 24, 2025, during an IRL livestream. A man was seen standing in front of Clavicular’s Tesla Cybertruck and blocking the vehicle. After the incident, the streamer was suspended on Kick, which led to fast online rumors about arrests and charges.
Those rumors did not last long. According to
TMZ, law enforcement in Florida confirmed that the case did not turn into a criminal matter. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said officers handled the crash at the scene and found no criminal act. Soon after that update, Clavicular’s Kick channel was restored, and he returned to live streaming on New Year’s Eve. Here is what we know so far, based on confirmed reports and quotes from involved parties.
Clavicular explains his return after Tesla Cybertruck crash as Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office rules out charges
After the crash, online talk claimed the person hit by the Cybertruck had died. That claim turned out to be wrong. The individual was later confirmed to be alive, according to a close associate of streamer Adin Ross. This update helped calm fears as more facts came out.
TMZ shared a clear statement from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office. The office told TMZ:
“Traffic crash was investigated and handled at the scene, officers determined there was no criminal element that took place.”
That single line explained why no charges were filed.
Soon after his account was restored, Clavicular went live on Kick with a stream titled “FINALLY UNBANNED!”. During the broadcast, he spoke about the case and said he was relieved. He played music by DJ Khaled and told viewers:
“Major mail! Let’s go, boys. Dubs in the chat for that.”
Earlier, on November 14, 2025, Clavicular also spoke openly about his problems with Kick’s partner program while on a group call with Adin Ross. He said:
“I’m not really too thrilled with Kick as a platform. It’s not even that unrestricted, so there’s really no point in streaming here.”
In separate news, streamer Clavicular was recently swatted while IRL streaming in Miami. Local police confirmed that incident was unrelated to the Cybertruck crash. For now, there are no charges, no open criminal case, and Clavicular has returned to regular streaming.
