Actress Jung Yu Mi, known for her roles in ‘Train to Busan’, ‘Youan’s Kitchen’, ‘Love Your Enemy’, and ‘Wonderland’, finally broke her silence after being on a hiatus for the past three months.The actress, who had suddenly paused her activities to focus on herself, is officially back and spilling the beans about her break.Jung Yu Mi shares why she took a breakThe actress is known to be fairly active and popular for her online videos and vlogs on her channels. However, a sudden pause in all activities around 3 and a half months ago caused concern amongst fans. At the time, she had simply shared that she was focusing on herself and her daily life, but now she has shared exactly what went down.

Video message to fans

In a video shared on her channel, the idol revealed that she had taken this time to work on herself, her hobbies, and her life. She cited that it was a much-needed break from her hectic life and career, and that it helped her focus on a lot of things outside of her career. “Rather than immediate views, I want to show my true self as it is. Since I've taken a break once, I will approach it as comfortably as possible. I think I will be able to share a closer daily life because the production system has changed”, she added during the video.
The actress had earlier revealed that she had been focusing on building her skills, such as attending Japanese learning classes, as well as travelling around and exploring places around her. She thanked her fans for waiting for her for so long, and promised that she will be back with better content from now on as well. The star has also earlier revealed that she has been working on getting certification to become an official soccer coach.
