The makers of 'Raakh' have unveiled the trailer for their upcoming investigative crime drama featuring Ali Fazal, Sonali Bendre and Aamir Bashir in prominent roles. The project presents a crime-based story that unfolds in Delhi during the late 1970s. The trailer introduces audiences to a tense and emotionally charged investigation. Ali Fazal plays Sub-Inspector Jayprakash in the series. His character finds himself handling a disturbing case involving missing children. The investigation slowly develops into something much more complicated. The trailer also highlights the emotional burden carried by victims and families affected by the incidents.'Raakh' is inspired by the Ranga-Billa case, one of the most discussed criminal incidents in Delhi's history. The real-life case involved Kuljeet Singh, known as Ranga, and Jasbir Singh, known as Billa. The two men were convicted in a case involving the assault and murder of two teenagers. The series appears to use the larger emotional and investigative themes surrounding the incident while presenting a fictional narrative structure.
