Silkyara tunnel collapse rescue | Manual drilling to commence by tomorrow morning, says CM Dhami

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami personally assured that the trapped workers are safe and in high spirits. After a second round of communication, the CM reported that the workers affirmed their well-being, expressing optimism regardless of the duration it might take to emerge safely. Additionally, the CM announced that a Plasma cutter is en route from Hyderabad and is expected to reach the site by this evening. The plan is to commence manual drilling by tomorrow morning.
