TMC has unveiled its manifesto for the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections, featuring “Didi’s 10 Pledge” focused on welfare, development, and administrative reforms. Key promises include increased financial aid for women, continuation of youth support schemes, a ₹30,000 crore agriculture budget, pucca houses for all families, piped drinking water, annual health camps, school infrastructure upgrades, expanded old-age pensions, creation of seven new districts, and urban local body expansion.Mamata Banerjee also launched a political attack on the BJP-led Centre, alleging interference in state governance. Framing the elections as an ideological contest, she urged voters to deliver a decisive reply, positioning the TMC as the defender of Bengal’s identity.
