'Could have won four games': RR coach Vikram Rathour after one-run loss to KKR

Despite strong individual efforts from Riyan Parag and Shubham Dubey, RR fell short in a frustrating season marked by close defeats. Rathour backed struggling finisher Shimron Hetmyer, noting his past success and emphasising that such slumps are natural. He also cited the absence of injured players like Sanju Samson and Sandeep Sharma as key setbacks. Rathour defended the team’s retention choices, including not keeping Jos Buttler, and remained optimistic about RR's future potential in the coming seasons.
