World Environment Day: NGO flags off a solar house on wheels

On World Environment Day, Greenpeace India today flagged off Solar Comet, a unique house on wheels that runs with solar panels fitted on the roof. The bus shows that the entire household including LED bulbs, mobile charging points, a mixer grinder, an AC, A refrigerator and a cooler could be run by roof-top solar panels.
