UP: Law student attacked by dog in Amroha, authorities serve notice to owner to pay fine

A law student from Amroha, Uttar Pradesh was attacked by a dog on February 28 after which the victim’s family filed a complaint in the local Police Station. The local authorities have issued a notice to the owner of the dog to pay a fine of five thousand failure of which will result in confiscation of the dog.
