Itanagar on edge after protests over Permanent Residence Certificate

Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh, is on the boil after violent protests after the issue of Permanent Residence Certificate for members of six tribes was announced by the state government. 3 protestors were allegedly killed in police firing and 5 others were injured. 2 of those who died attempted to attack the private residence of the Chief Minister.
