This nation has the constitution, and court to prove if someone is guilty or not that is not in the hand of the police or govt. Killing in the name of an encounter is wrong and against the Constitution. Is this done by an extremist or the UP govt get clear after you can see that everything happened when the UP police were present at the crime scene, said Hafiz Bashir Ahmed.
