Every year September 5 is celebrated as Teachers Day in India. It is a day commemorating the birthday of India first Vice President and second President Dr. Radhakrishnan. This year is the 131st birthday of Dr. Radhakrishnan. Teachers are honoured all over the country and their efforts to shape and nurture the minds of students is celebrated.
