While speaking to ANI, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi alleged that the Congress Party encouraged anti-social activists and criminals. Furthermore, he added that it is evident everywhere in Rajasthan and Karnataka, that law and order is failing.He said, “Wherever Congress government is in power, anti-social activists and criminals get encouraged. It is evident everywhere in Rajasthan and Karnataka, that law and order is failing. The reason for this is that the Congress party has always encouraged opposing forces of the society and are still doing it...”
