After Three Resignations, AIADMK Braces For More Exits As TVK Strengthens Its Position

AIADMK’s internal crisis deepened after reports emerged that another rebel MLA may resign and join Vijay’s ruling TVK, a day after three legislators quit the party. The rebel MLAs were part of the Velumani faction that had backed the TVK government during the May 13 trust vote. While some MLAs are reportedly reconsidering returning to the EPS camp, the exits have weakened AIADMK further after its poor election performance. The developments continue reshaping Tamil Nadu’s opposition politics and strengthening Vijay’s government.
