Iranian Forces Target Kurdish Separatists In Iraqi Kurdistan After Mine Explosion - Report

Tensions are rising once again along Iran’s western frontier. According to Iranian reports, Iran launched missile strikes targeting positions linked to Kurdish separatist groups inside Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, specifically in the Soleimaniyeh area. Reports say at least four missiles struck locations allegedly connected to the Komala group in the Sordash district of Soleimaniyeh province. The strike appears to be a direct response to a deadly incident inside Iran just hours earlier. Watch.

TMC MP Dola Sen has alleged irregularities in the West Bengal elections, claiming the party is conducting a fact-finding exercise into alleged “vote chori” and questioning why several EVMs reportedly retained over 90% charge after polling. Sen also raised concerns over the denial of a recount and said the matter has been taken to the Supreme Court. Responding to the allegations, BJP leader Prakash Reddy said the TMC should introspect over its defeat and examine public dissatisfaction with Mamata Banerjee-led governance instead of blaming EVMs. He claimed voters had rejected the party’s policies and warned that the TMC could face a bigger defeat if it failed to change its approach.
