Check post at UP border goes hi tech to curb criminal acts in UP

Preventive measures are being taken to secure the UP state borders. High-tech check posts have been installed on the UP-Uttarakhand border of Muzaffarnagar district that was inaugurated by the SSP Abhishek Yadav by cutting the ribbon. These Hi-Tech Police Checkposts were equipped with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (CCTV) cameras, because of which police will be able to monitor every vehicle that would be coming from National Highway 58 on the UP Uttarakhand border and curb criminal activities.
