Coimbatore Integrated Court Complex gets hoax bomb threat
COIMBATORE: The Coimbatore Integrated Court Complex and the Judicial Training Centre were placed on a high alert on Wednesday morning after a bomb threat email was received.The alarm was raised at 9am when an anonymous email reached court authorities. The sender claimed that explosives, including RDX and cyanide gas, would be detonated on the premises at 11.50am.

Court authorities alerted the city police, who sent the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad and a K9 dog unit to the spot. After an extensive search, no suspicious objects were found. The threat was declared a hoax.
