Delhi: CISF seizes foreign currency worth Rs 64 lakh at IGI airport, one held

Foreign currency notes worth 64 lakhs were seized from a passenger at IGI Airport in Delhi. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) intercepted a passenger and seized foreign currency from his possession. The foreign currency (Euro and New Zealand Dollars) were concealed inside the handle of a trolley bag. CISF surveillance and intelligence staff noticed suspicious activities of a passenger and intercepted him. The accused has been identified as Surinder Singh Rihal who was supposed to travel to Bangkok.
