Budget: Emphasis on the healthcare sector is very forward-looking, says Sujay Shetty

The emphasis on the healthcare sector in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak in the budget is being appreciated. Sujay Shetty, Partner & Global Health Industries Leader of PwC India said that as far as pharma and health care is concerned the budget is very forward-looking. He said that National Digital Health Ecosystem will bring more transparency and benefit consumers. He said that the pharma sector expected a reduction in the GST on pharmaceutical products.
