Kali Chaudas 2020: Important tips for Kali puja

Kali Chaudas is a Hindu festival that falls on the 14th day of the Krishna Paksha in the Vikram Samvat Hindu calendar month of Kartik. The 14th day is called Chaturdashi. According to Hindu literature, on this day, Krishna, Satyabhama, and Kali killed asura (demon) Narakasura. The day is observed by early morning religious rituals and festivities follow on.
