The Big break

Although he has been in the industry for six years Prithvi says, "It is only after Dia and Jothe Jotheyalli I got a break. I have always waited to earn this kind of fame for a very long time now."

3/8

Being Neel

Pruthvi played the role of a legal advisor to Aryavardhan (Anirudh Jatkar) in the daily soap 'Jothe Jotheyalli'. "When I was offered a role for Jothe Jotheyalli, I felt I should take up this project. The makers told me that it was a cameo role which would be only for fifty episodes. Moreover, it is one of the top-rated serials in Kannada television and consists of a strong cast and crew," he says.

The latest sensational actor

Having got the biggest break in his career, Pruthvi is the latest heartthrob in the industry. The actor says, "My happiness had no limits looking at the reception I got from the viewers. I got good reviews for my performance as Neel and happy that it is well scripted, too."

5/8

A complete makeover

To meet the needs of his character, the actor had to concentrate more on his looks as he played the role of a legal advisor 'Neel'. "My character Neel is a very tidy person in the show. I was asked to sport a formal look and the worst part was my hairstyle. My hair is messy most of the time and I like to leave it just like that. I used to spend more than one hour setting my hair right," he adds.

6/8

Dedicated co-artists

The actor is amazed at witnessing the dedication level of his co-artists. Pruthvi says, "The best part in Jothe Jotheyalli is the nature of work on the sets. I was indeed mesmerised upon witnessing the dedication level of every member who works in the show. The actors would literally live their on-screen characters and loved it to the fullest. Everyone knew the value of their character and enjoyed it."

7/8

Memories unplugged

Pruthvi takes a stroll down the memory lane and shares his experience about working for Jothe Jotheyalli. "The three months I spent shooting for Jothe Jotheyalli shall always remain close to my heart. I got a very good farewell from the team when my character Neel concluded its journey in the show. The team gave me a grand send-off by making me cut a cake on the sets," he turns emotional while sharing.

8/8

Adieu to Neel

Needless to say, as per the latest storyline, Pruthvi's character in the show has been concluded. "I believe every character needs to be treated in its own way. Jothe Jotheyalli is one serial that has introduced me to the Kannada audience and I am very happy with it. What more can I ask for," signs out Pruthvi.
