Harsh Rajput

Harsh Rajput, who will soon be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural thriller Kuch Toh Hai, revealed he lost 7kg for the show. In an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, he shared, “I am following a strict regime for this role. I am on 80 percent protein and 20 percent carb diet and because of which I have lost 7 kgs in a month. I am also going through a rigorous workout regime where I worked hard for 2 to 3 hours. I have worked really hard for this character.” Pic: Instagram

Shaheer Sheikh

Popular actor Shaheer Sheikh too, had to gain weight for a look. In an Instagram post, Shaheer wrote about his weight gain journey he had gone through to play the role of Arjun in Mahabharat. He wrote, “From 75kgs to 95kgs, the transition from being ‘Anant’ to becoming ‘Arjun’ was a big journey for me physically and mentally.” He was previously seen in Navya, where he played the role of Anant. Surbhi Chandna

Surbhi Chandna stunned all with an enviable toned body in Naagin 5. The actress took up Pilates and Zumba to lose weight and play a shape-shifting snake in the supernatural thriller. Jasmin Bhasin

The Bigg Boss 14 fame Jasmin Bhasin was on a strict diet for Naagin 4. She was put in special preparation to get into shape. Jasmin, who loves junk food, said that she had given up eating butter chicken and pizza for the role as she wanted to look like a "nice, hot Naagin". Nia Sharma

The actress once confessed that she used to starve to maintain her body. She would always be conscious about how she looks on-screen and suffered from the fear of getting out of shape.
