On dealing with bias, focus, and staying grounded

In an earlier interview this year, Zubair spoke about how she approaches judgment and bias in a fast-moving world. She shared, “Ignoring them and keeping your eyes on your goals is extremely important. Hence, if you ask me to recall, I won’t be able to because they never really even registered in my mind.”

For young audience who look up to her, Jannat stressed patience and clarity. “Be patient and always have your eyes on your goal! Think with your own mind and shut off anything that may be a deterrent towards the goals you have! And remember you are creating a path which is different and unique, so the risks will be greater, but so will the outcome!”
