‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ February 2 written update: Tulsi pays off Virani’s loans, saves the family factory
In a shocking twist, Tulsi steps in as the factory auction hits a jaw-dropping Rs 200 crores, declaring that all debts have been cleared, consequently stopping the sale in its tracks. Meanwhile, Pari confronts her estranged husband Ajay, while Angad issues a stern warning to Vrinda about Ritik, whose intentions he doubts.
The latest episode of ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ starts with Pari meeting her ex-husband Ajay for the first time in quite a while. The two meet at a designated park area where they attend a class for their children. They have a formal conversation, and Pari also starts apologizing to him for everything that she did to him all of those years ago. Ajay says that they should leave it all behind as he has already moved on from everything and from her.

Angad tells Vrinda not to support Ritik

Angad and Vrinda argue about Ritik visiting their house in order to meet with Tulsi. He tells Vrinda that no one should trust him blindly, as he may have ulterior motives. He also points out that Ritik is doing nothing but making everyone emotional and making the situation worse than it already is. Meanwhile, the scene shifts to Shantiniketan as everyone expresses their worry about the factory auction. Mitali starts blaming Ritik for everything. Noina expresses worry over the matter and tries to quiz Mihir about how and why he remains so calm when their factory is on the line.

Ranvijay says that he has a plan

Ranvijay enters the room and announces that he can help in saving the factory. He mentions that he has the shares that Mihir had given him because of the court ruling.
The family, however, points out that since he is one of the main shareholders of the company, he is not allowed to bid in the auction. However, Ranvijay still announces proudly that he has a plan in action and that he can save the factory.

The auction is stopped by Tulsi

The auction commences, and it is revealed that Ranvir Jay had planned for his father to bid at the auction. The building starts, and his father keeps bidding a higher number until the amount reaches Rs 200 crores. However, as the auctioneer is about to announce that the factory has officially been sold, Tulsi enters the room and stops the entire thing. She announces that the factory cannot be sold as all of the loans that the family had on it have already been paid. The Viranis, in shock, start inquiring about who paid off the loan. Aajay comes in with her, announcing that Tulsi has paid off all of their loans.
