Keith to play Sandhya’s mentor

VJ-turned actor Keith Sequeira will be seen in a special appearance in Shashi and Sumeet Mittal’s Diya Aur Baati Hum. He will play Sandhya’s (Deepika Singh) mentor, a character inspired by Shah Rukh Khan’s from Chak De.Several actors including Manoj Bajpayee and Rahul Bose were approached for the part.Confirms Keith, “It’s a three-episode special appearance. I will push Sandhya, who is undergoing training at police training academy, to perform better.” Keith was last seen in a telefilm opposite Jennifer Winget.
