Sehar Hone Ko Hai fame Rishita Kothari on bond with Mahhi Vij; says 'I feel very lucky to have her as my on-screen mother'
Rishita Kothari, who is currently seen as Sehar in TV show, Sehar Hone Ko Hai, recently spoke about her bond and work experience with Mahhi Vij, who plays her mother in the show.
Rishita explained that their time together on the sets is quite emotional and meaningful. She further shared that Mahhi has always made her feel comfortable and at home right from the beginning of the show.
She mentioned that working with Mahhi has never felt like acting. She called it real and shared that Mahhi’s kindness and caring nature came through in every scene.
"From day one, she was just incredibly loving and kind. She made me feel safe and confident, just like a real mother would. Whenever I got nervous about a scene, she would gently guide and encourage me. This bond just naturally flowed onto the screen, and I'm so lucky to have Mahhi as my on-screen mother," Rishita shared.
"She's incredibly supportive and a joy to be around. Between takes, we laugh, talk about life, and she even gives me advice that I really value. Our bond has grown so naturally, and I think it's very special. Working with her has been a wonderful learning experience that I'll always cherish," Rishita shares.
Rishita highlighted Mahhi had been protective of me from the very beginning. "It was my first day and my debut, and she was very protective of me. She has such a calm energy on set, and she made sure I was comfortable at every step, just like a mother does when her child steps into a big new world. We have a lot of fun together, but we also learn from each other, and that makes our bond even more special," Rishita concluded.
