OTT-based show Engaged is back with its Season 2, and fans are enjoying it. A recent wildcard entry has sparked controversy. Pallak Yadav made a wildcard entry in the reality show and reunited with ex-boyfriend Nikhil Mallik. However, Nikhil was forming a connection with Devanshi Sharma at the time. This led to a major fight between Pallak and Devanshi.
It all started when host
Elvish Yadav asked Devanshi whether she knew why Nikhil and Pallak had broken up. As she began to reply, “Inhone ye bataya tha ki…,” Pallak interrupted and said, “Inhone.” Devanshi, clearly annoyed, shot back with “Shut up,” which led to a heated argument.
Moreover, another clip from the show has been circulating on social media where the two can be seen getting into a massive fight. It begins with Pallak pushing Devanshi and later getting into a physical fight. Nikhil Mallik tried to stop the two of them from fighting.
Nikhil and Pallak met on the dating reality show Splitsvilla and dated for four years before breaking up last year. Their reunion has sparked controversy inside the house.
Pallak recently shared a picture on social media mentioning how she has been living alone for many years. The post read, “I have been living alone for the past 15–16 years, and even though it was my decision to step out and be independent, it has never been easy.
I left home when I was in 10th grade, and since then I’ve learned what ‘out of sight, out of mind’ truly means. The city I lived in often judged me for being bold and different, and sometimes it felt like I had to be strong all the time just to survive.”
She further wrote, “Independence gave me strength, but it also took away simple comforts like home-cooked food, spontaneous hugs from my parents, and the feeling of belonging somewhere without explanation. I don’t even call their house my home anymore; I say I’m ‘visiting my parents.’ And that realization hurts more than I can explain. Right now, I’m overwhelmed with mixed emotions pride for how far I’ve come, and grief for what I had to give up to get here. I miss you guys!!!
Looking back at these childhood moments, nothing’s really changed. You’ll still catch me dancing, travelling, behind the decks, or celebrating birthdays just like I always have. Ever since I was a kid, I have been legit, hehe.”
