Dalljiet Kaur on wedding preparations; shares 'Shalin is very happy about my wedding and Jaydon'

Dalljiet Kaur, who is all set to tie the knot to her UK-based fiance Nikhil Patel, is feeling nervous as her D-day approaches closer. The actress while interacting with the media outside a spa spoke about her wedding festivities, preparations, diet plans and more. She also spoke about ex-husband Shalin Bhanot and shared that he is happy about her wedding and son Jaydon. She further wished him luck for his new show, Bekaaboo. (Photo: Instagram)

There is an unsaid excitement but I am very nervous because time is running very fast. Pehle lag raha tha there's time 10 days, 15 days for the wedding and now, it is just four days to the wedding. I am feeling that time is going very fast. My friends from all over the country and world are coming for the wedding. Some of them have been friends with me for more than 25 years. My house is right now full of chaos and every room has at least 7-8 people. I have a lot of people coming home. (Photo: Instagram)

I am not at all dieting Mujhe dekh ke lagta hai kya, I am dieting. I won’t lie, I had started dieting and gymming. I paid the instructor also and he would complain because I did not go to the gym. I don’t have time to go because of the wedding arrangements. Definitely I know I am fit and I am going to look hot on my D-day. I am conscious not to eat anything rubbish. (Photo: Instagram)

Shalin is very happy about my wedding. Shalin and my relationship is very cordial now. In fact, I get angry with him the most also sometimes but I will always wish good for him. I want him to grow in life and I am very happy that he’s at a stage in life where he’s doing very well career wise. His show is going to come out soon and the launch is on March 18. I have been working in this industry for the last 20 years and have been closely associated with the media so you guys are like my Maayka. I am going to leave not in any hurry, I will say bye to everyone nicely. Now, I have three kids and I want blessings for all three of them. I hope the decision I have taken for Jaydon proves right. He’s very excited about the wedding. He has been sleeping with his naana naani because he wants to spend most of his time with them before we leave for Kenya. He’s going with Nikhil tomorrow to get a similar haircut, he wants to twin with him. He’s ready to explore Kenya and his new school.
