‘Anupamaa’ February 5 written update: The Shahs and Kotharis mend their relationships
In an unexpected twist, the Kothari family requests the return of Pari, leaving Anupama in disbelief. However, they extend an olive branch by inviting the Shahs to celebrate Vasundhara’s upcoming birthday, signaling a new beginning. Anupama comforts Prarthana, encouraging her to embrace her autonomy as she supports Pari’s quest for self-determination.
The episode starts with Anupama and the Kothari family discussing where Pari should live. Following the fiasco with Rajni, Parag and Vasundhara request Anupama that they want to take Pari back to their home, leaving her shocked. Parag also comments that Anupama can take her time, though they are only requesting to do this because of her well-being.

The Shah family contemplate about the Kotharis

As tensions dissipate, the Kotharis invite the Shah family for a party at their house. Parag shares that it is Vasundhara’s birthday party, and they would very much like the family to be there. However, Kinjal points out that they have been invited many times, but whenever they go, the Kotharis make fun of them and disrespect them. Parag apologizes for all of the past mistakes and tells them that he wants to start everything on a brand new slate. After this, they agree to visit the house and attend the party.Meanwhile, Anupama tells Prarthana that she will be there for her no matter what. She points out that she will stay with her until the baby is born, making Prarthana smile. At the Shah house, Kinjal asks Paritosh to be happy as Pari is finally coming back and is going to be with her husband.
However, Anupama encourages Pari to make her own decision without anyone’s influence.
Anupamaa’s Life Takes a Turn with Rahi’s Entry and Prem’s Dance
Paritosh and Pakhi, in a later scene, talk to Anupama about her relationship with Rajni. They call her out for not getting any cushioned benefits from her. She warns her children by saying that they should not put their nose where it does not belong. She also comments that the two of them should mind their own business. Anupama also tells Paritosh that he should stay away from Pari and Raja, no matter what.

Rahi refuses to have a baby

The scene shifts to Prem working on making a birthday cake for Vasundhara. Rahi comes in to help him, and the two share a moment. Prem tells her that he wants to start a family; however, Rahi playfully tells him that she does not wish to have any children.Their conversation is overheard by Vasundhara, who wonders if Rahi is hell-bent on destroying the family because of this. She also wonders out about how Anupama is fixing everything, but Rahi is breaking it apart. She does not hear the next part of the conversation.Rahi asks Prem if he is serious, and then further adds that she would only want a baby and a proper family when the two of them are financially stable. Prem agrees with her and the two hug each other. Prem also comments that he would like to have a daughter in the future. The episode ends with Anupama praying to god in order to keep everything and everyone safe and away from tension. She further tells Pari to enter her home while Raja gives her flowers. Prem and Rahi tease him, while Parag also gifts Anupama flowers and welcomes her and the Shahs into their home. The next episode’s preview shows Vasundhara celebrating her birthday party while the Kothari and Shah families both have fun. They play games and enact other members of the family. Khyati and Parag playfully enact Hasmukh and Leela’s pairing, making everyone laugh. Rahi ends up enacting her mother, Anupama; however, she ends up targeting Vasundhara.
