Asha Sharath, who is also a dancer, made her acting debut in the evergreen Malayalam TV series 'Kumkumapoovu.' In the serial, she played the lead character, Prof. Jayanthi. Undoubtedly, her character, a mother who finds her long-lost daughter after decades, was one of the most celebrated characters.
