On December 14, 2025, the actor took to his social media handle to share that he was violently assaulted, allegedly by his neighbour in his society, Goregaon, Mumbai. It’s been 10 days since the incident, and the actor has shared a new update, stating that so far, no arrest has been made in the matter despite the evidence and repeated appeals. In a series of pictures shared by the actor on Wednesday on his social media account, he showed the injuries he incurred during the assault. In the caption, he wrote, “The injuries I sustained on the night of the assault. Apart from that, the mental trauma have gone through every night thinking how unsafe is Mumbai today."He further expressed his frustration over the matter and called out the failure of the system for not making an arrest after submitting all the evidence. “The culprit is roaming around scott-free. ABSOLUTELY DISHEARTENED by how the law of the land functions. The actor shared that the man was trying to hit his dog, and in the video, he can be seen using offensive and inappropriate language. Along with the video, he shared, “I am posting this evidence before this person tries to do any damage to me or my property. He tried hitting my dog and me with a rod for notifying in the society group regarding his car, which was parked at the wrong place in the society parking.
