TV actor Loveleen Sasan's Mira Road flat burgled: Unidentified men gained entry into the locked flat of a television actor at Mira Road and decamped with cash early Wednesday. The images of the masked thieves was captured on the closed circuit television of the building. Loveleen Sasan (25), who is currently seen in the Hindi serial 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya' on Star Plus, found Rs 5 lakh missing from her Regal Arcade flat in the posh Poonam Sagar complex in Mira Road on Wednesday. The CCTV footage shows four to five men dressed in vests and armed with iron rods entering and leaving the building. They broke open the lock of the main door, ransacked the house and took away the cash. On their return, they were allegedly intercepted by the security guard. The thieves assaulted the guard who raised an alarm. The scream alerted the residents who rushed down but the thieves had fled. Sasan was away for a birthday party in Andheri. The flat was locked. Police suspect that the thieves may have been informed about the actor leaving her home.

Gaurav caught for drunk-driving: Gaurav Sharma, currently seen in Dream Girl, was caught in a case of drunk-driving a few days ago. He was spotted at the Borivali court the next morning. When contacted, the actor said, “After partying with my friends at Malad, I left for Lokhandwala to meet another set of friends. My driver had left for the day, so I was driving the car. That’s when this incident happened.” He adds, “I abstained from alcohol for about a year as I was following a strict diet and fitness regimen. But I gave in to my friends’ requests as they wanted to party. One needs to be careful. A small mistake can cause so much trauma. I have vowed that I won’t drink and drive again. I should have been more careful and responsible.”

Poonam molested by comedian? Poonam Preet was recently in Kathmandu for a New Year event when she had an unpleasant experience. The TV actress was allegedly molested by comedian and singer Raja Sagoo who was also part of the event. While Poonam maintains that Raja tried to kiss her as he was drunk, the latter says that nothing of the sort happened between the two. Poonam says, “After the show, my manager Sheetal, Raja and I were at the dining table where Raja showed pictures of his daughter and said that his wife was pregnant. After the dinner, we were playing at the casino. I was feeling uneasy at the time since I had viral fever. I told my manager that I was done for the day and I’d be going back to my room to sleep. My manager asked me if I wanted her to accompany me to my room. I asked her to stay at the casino. Hearing this, Raja said that he was also done and he’d be coming along since he too wanted to go back to his room, and so he accompanied me. While walking back to our respective rooms we passed through an empty lobby. He suddenly pulled me towards him and tried to kiss me. I was in complete shock. It was completely unexpected from a person who’d just spoken about how much he loved his daughter!” Poonam adds, “The very moment he pulled me towards him and tried to kiss, I kicked him hard and ran since I was shocked and couldn’t understand or come to terms with what had just happened. But I also turned back and abused him. I rushed back to my manager to tell her about Raja’s behaviour. He followed me, blocking my way, begging for mercy. He held my hand to stop me from telling people about his cheap act. I shouted out loud and asked him not to touch me again or I would call the police. I told my manager about the incident.” Poonam has no plans to file a police complaint at the moment, but if things go out of hand, she says she would approach the police. However, Raja dismisses the incident as a publicity stunt. He says, “My wife is pregnant and I haven’t even told her about the incident. She will be shocked. I will never do such a thing. I don’t want to gain publicity out of such things. “

Ratan Rajput molested on the set: Ratan Rajput, who plays the lead role in Santoshi Maa, was allegedly molested on the sets of the show by a lightman. According to sources, the actress complained about the issue to the production house, but initially they didn’t take any action against the person. But after Ratan refused to report to the sets for the shoot, the channel had to intervene and the lightman was sacked. While the producers have been denying the incident, Ratan told us, “I don’t want to talk much about it. But then again I don’t want to stay quiet about it. There is no smoke without fire. I am strong enough to handle such things and in case I feel that I require media’s help, I will call them. I really don’t know who leaked this news. I haven’t spoken to anyone about this. I don’t want this to seem as if I am seeking some publicity.” We asked Ratan whether she has faced any such incident on the sets of any of her previous shows and she said, “I have never faced such a thing in the industry before. Being a girl, I have faced such issues on the road and kai baar joote-chappal khole hain. Any girl would get upset by such things. But main upset hoke ghar nahi baithungi. I know mujhe uske saath kya decision lena tha aur kya karna tha. I wanted it to look like an example ki agar 75 logon ki unit hai, toh baaki ke logon ko pata hona chahiye ki unke saath kya hoga agar unhone aisa kiya.” She added, “Production house ne norm ke tahat kiya jo unhe karna chahiye tha. They didn’t go out of the way but they did what was required. Whatever stand I had to take, I took it. When such an incident happens, you think, ‘How could this happen to me?’ Lekin theek hai, main usse bahar nikal chuki hoon. Maine ussi samay bola ki main shoot nahi karungi. Uss din maine shoot nahi kiya. I returned to shoot only after things were sorted.” Ratan has done theatre in Delhi for two years and she said that she always used to speak up whenever someone misbehaved with her, “Dilli mein bahut kaand huye hain. Main police station tak logon ko lekar gayi hoon. I have never been that girl who stays quiet and acts like a bechaari. Maine ladkon ko Dilli mein peeta bhi hai, pitwaya bhi hai,” she told us.

Parth and Vikas were in a relationship, confirms Ekta Kapoor

Nothing seems to be going right for 'Kaisi Yeh Yaarian' star, Parth Samthaan. The young lad, who has been courting controversies one after the other, has once again landed himself in trouble. Parth, recently accused Vikas Gupta, the producer and programming head of a Hindi entertainment channel of molesting him in December 2013. However, TV czarina, Ekta Kapoor has thrown a new light on the entire controversy. According to a report in DNA, Ekta has apparently revealed that Parth and Vikas were actually in a relationship and the former is lying. Ekta was quoted saying in the report that she has seen many videos of Parth where he is seen declaring his love for Vikas. She also stated that within 20 days of accusing Vikas of touching him inappropriately on December 7, 2013, Parth was with Vikas holidaying in Bangkok. Ekta is aware of this because even she was in Bangkok at the same time to celebrate New Year.

Sex, lies and SMSes...: Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Spurned in love, actress Varsha Bhagwani has accused married actor Mrunal Jain of luring her into a sexual relationship. She also lodged a complaint against the actor on December 25 at Oshiwara Police Station, which she withdrew four days later. Varsha says, “I filed a police complaint against Mrunal for cheating on me and withdrew it later due to the pressure from my family. But after I learnt that he is tarnishing my image by sharing our personal chat conversations with people, I have decided to speak up.” Sharing details of their brief relationship, she says, “We first met at a party and a year later, connected on a social networking site. We indulged in sexting, one thing led to another and we met on December 21. Two days later, we became intimate. I got involved with him emotionally. He promised that he would divorce his wife Sweeti to marry me. But I soon realised that he was taking me for a ride after I caught him lying on several occasions, including the fake residential address he shared with me. I immediately informed his wife.” Mrunal feels that Varsha has blown things out of proportion. He says, “This is happening just because I am a known actor. Things are not being presented correctly but I don’t want to get into the details. My wife and parents are standing by me.” As for the police complaint filed against him, he says, “Varsha has taken her complaint back. I have filed an NC (non-cognizable offence) as a precautionary measure.”

Nandish, Mrunal upset with Ajay: Mrunal Jain, Nandish Sandhu and Ajay Chaudhary were close friends till recently, but things are not the same anymore. The three were co-owners of a cricket team last year, but this time around, Ajay has moved out and formed his own team. He did not inform Mrunal and Nandish about this. Said Nandish, “We would not have had any issue if he had expressed his desire to form his own team, but he did not inform us. It is a matter of loyalty and trust. We got to know this at an official meeting where all the cricket teams who are a part of the reality show had gathered.” When we asked Ajay about this, he said, “Each one has his own path and ambition. If one person wants to move ahead and do something on his own, he should be motivated to do that. We all want to grow and move ahead in life.”

Kapil Nirmal fined for touching temple walls: Kapil Nirmal, who was last seen in Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera, is a travel freak and loves to explore new places. However, he ended up getting fined on a recent trip to an ancient village called Malana in Himachal Pradesh. “The village is quite isolated from the outside world,” he informs us, while narrating the incident. “I decided to explore the place as I love to visit offbeat destinations. The locals consider outsiders untouchable, so much so that non-Malanis are not allowed to touch anything there — be it people or houses. And if they do, they will be forced to pay a penalty for their transgressions. Even when you visit a local shop, the shopkeepers will ask you to keep the money on the counter. Since I didn’t know all this, I touched the walls of the Jamdagni Temple, which is situated in the heart of this ‘village full of taboos’. Needless to add, I ended up paying a fine of `5,000,” he says.

Peepli Live actor Omkar Das storms out of sets in anger

Omkar Das aka Natha of 'Peeli Live' who, recently made his television debut with Rashmi Sharma's 'Santoshi Maa' aired on &TV apparently stormed out of the sets due to the working style of TV industry. According to a report in the media, Omkar, is not very pleased with the way small screen industry functions as he comes from the theatre background where life is more disciplined. The actor was quoted saying in the report, that he was irritated. He further added, as he is working on TV for the first time and had no idea how the medium works. He also has a problem with english language. According to Omkar, he was called on the sets without given anytime to prepare for the role. He couldn't even read the script. The actor also stated that four directors have already been changed and every new director comes with his own style of working. While giving his shot, someone kept disturbing Omkar and he couldn't give his best. He said, he felt insulted as if they were making fun of him. That's when he walk out of the set. He is also reconsidering on continuing with the show as he feels that it has now come to his self-respect.

Pratyusha’s boyfriend Rahul in legal trouble?

Controversies don’t seem to leave Pratyusha Banerjee. Recently, a fraud case was slapped against the actress — the original Anandi in 'Balika Vadhu' — after she allegedly failed to clear the dues of a birthday party, which she had hosted in a Mumbai lounge. Now, her beau Rahul Raj Singh faces similar charges. Kesha Khambhati, an actress who has worked in a few South Indian films, has filed an NC (non-cognizable offence) against Rahul. The actress claims that she had lent him a sum of `2.25 lakh in 2014, which she has failed to retrieve despite several attempts. She claims, “I lent him `1.5 lakh on March 16 last year. A few days later, I again lent him a lakh. Since then I’ve been asking him to return my money, but to no avail. When I persisted, he threatened me with dire consequences.” Kesha, then filed an NC on October 28, 2015, against him for her safety. She says, “He gave me two cheques last year, both of which bounced. I am now planning to hire a lawyer to take the case forward.” However, Rahul has a different version of the story. He clarifies, “Kesha has invested in my business. I have returned a sizable amount to her. Only a small sum is pending, which will be cleared soon. I don’t know why she is creating a noise about it.” He adds, “It is nothing short of a publicity gimmick as she aspires to get into reality shows by making such news.”

Splitsvilla 8' Yash Pandit charged with rape allegations

'Splitsvilla 8' contestant, Yash Pandit who has acted in TV shows like 'Savitri' and 'Tere Mere Sapne' has been accussed of allegedly raping an actress on the pretext of marriage. According to reports in the media, Yash met the actress on the set of a TV show in September this year and became good friends. He later invited her to his Juhu residence where he promised her to introduce her to his parents. However, after reaching the place, he reportedly raped her. According to the actress, post that he started avoiding her calls and messages. She then decided to approach the cops and registered an FIR against Yash in Juhu police station. The victim was quoted saying in the report that Yash had apparently confessed to her of having sexual relationships with other women. In the report, the actress even charged the cops of negligence. The report also mentioned a senior inspector, Sunil Ghosalkar's statement on the case. He stated that the investigating officer has been replaced and their team is putting all the efforts to locate the missing actor.

Pratyusha Banerjee charged with a fraud case

TV actress, Pratyusha Banerjee seems to have become controversy's favourite child. The actress, who rose to fame with her TV show 'Balika Vadhu', is once again in news for wrong reasons. This time, the Bong beauty has been charged with a fraud case. According to media reports, Pratyusha had thrown a lavish birthday bash in August 2015 at a lounge in Andheri. Her boyfriend Rahul Raj, was also present at the party. However, the reports suggest that after the party, the couple had refused to pay the bills. This has resulted the hotel management to file a fraud case against them.

The report further stated that the bill for the party amounted to more than a lakh and the couple paid 50,000 in cash. The remaining amount was paid by a cheque but the hotel management was in shock when the cheque bounced. The management has been quoted saying in the report that they tried to contact Pratyusha after the incident but she simply refused to pay the remaining amount.In the report the 'Sasural Simar Ka' actress has said that she is unaware about the matter. She added that every time she is to do a show, negative stories about her start doing the rounds.

Looks like the war of words between Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel and TV actor Kushal Tandon is not going to get over anytime soon. After Ameesha called Kushal an a**hole, the Bigg Boss fame actor decided to give her a fitting reply. He wrote on his Twitter wall that he pulled her up of disrespecting the national anthem and was not aware of her problem as her behaviour was quite contrary. He further wrote that he loves his country and women and had no intentions of disrespecting them. He also commented that being a bigger star that she is, Ameesha should have been more responsible. The young lad also took an offense about the comments passed by Ameesha on his acting career and personal. He stated that it is not dignified.

Kushal replied back to Ameesha instantly: Kushal tweeted on Ameesha's replies by saying "I did not realize you were going through a girl problem since I saw you enjoying, laughing, standing, eating minutes before the movie started before the anthem." He also tweeted saying "I have a mother, sisters, I respect their integrity as much as I respect my country". Well that's a war now!

Ameesha responds to Kushal, says was having her periods: Responding to Kushal Tandon's accusation of disrespecting the national anthem by not standing up while it was playing at a theater, Ameesha Patel received a lot of support on Twitter. Ameesha tweeted "It is disgusting to all women that I had to openly justify a regular problem that women face every month. Kushal is an a**hole". She also tweeted "Men like him who have forced a woman 2 speak about her intimate girly problems are jerks". She couldn't stop her anger and kept on tweeting against him. Kushal Tandon accuses Ameesha Patel of disrespecting national anthem: TV heartthrob Kushal Tandon has always been someone who speaks his mind. The actor recently took to twitter to write about an incident involving a Bollywood actress who apparently preferred not standing up for National Anthem in a cinema hall. The actress in question is Ameesha Patel. Kushal claimed that when he was recently at a cinema hall for a movie, he saw actress Ameesha (who was also there to watch the same film) engrossed in her phone so much that she sat on her seat even as the national anthem played along. Well, we just hope that the girl Kushal saw at the cinema hall was indeed Ameesha and not some other person. Otherwise this will bring another controversy for the young lad.

Karan Kundra: I told my co-actor that I’m not a rapist though I might look like one: His onscreen lip-lock with his heroine Saanvi Talwar in Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum might have created a stir, but actor Karan Kundra is unfazed by the attention it has drawn. While Saanvi was “trembling” during the shoot, he felt at home with the scene. He says, “I like to kiss and talk about it. I have kissed so much on TV, including doing a 60-second lip-lock scene. But Saanvi was petrified and trembling,” he laughs, adding, “I told her that I am not a rapist, I only look like one. It was difficult convincing her, but I managed to make her feel comfortable eventually.”It was also reported that his ex, Kritika Kamra, was considered for the role opposite him. Karan refutes the rumour, “We spoke after the reports came out and I joked with Kritika that people may even find similarities between her kids and me! We are in a bond for life. There is no awkwardness between us. We are just a call away from each other.”

'Munnabhai' actor Vishal Thakkar booked for raping

Police on Monday arrested Bollywood actor Vishal Thakkar for allegedly sexually assaulting television actress over a period of time on false pretext of marrying her. The matter took ugly turn when the actress could not bear the ordeal and approached the Charkop police on Saturday and lodged the case.

After carrying the probe, police arrested Thakkar. Thakkar has been booked under the Indian Penal Code sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 376 (rape), 420 (cheating dishonestly), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman). The 26 year-old television actress lodged an FIR against Thakkar for raping her in his house and then beating her badly over a petty issue.

In the complaint, the survivor said, “We both are close friend and were also in a live in relationship from last few months. Thakkar sexually assaulted me several times making false promises to marry me. However, I left his house after unable to take the ordeal and insult he did on me increased.”

Police, according to the actress, said Thakkar used to abuse her in front of everyone. “She complained that she was fed up with Thakkar’s behaviour and left the house where they both were residing. She then stayed at her college residence where Vishal kept visiting and threatening her,” said the police. Charkop police senior inspector Ramchandra Gaikwad confirmed about Thakkar’s arrest.

Munnabhai's actor booked on charges of raping TV actress: Charkop Police in Kandivali has registered FIR of rape against Bollywood and TV actor Vishal Thakkar. An actress who has acted in TV serials like 'Padosan', 'Jai Bajrang Bali' & 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashma' registered FIR under sections 376, 420, 323, 509 & 506 of IPC on 17th October. The victim has alleged that the accused raped her in his house, police said, without divulging further details.Thakkar has acted in movies Munna Bhai MBBS, Tango Charlie & serials Veer Shivaji & Kis Desh Me Hai Mera Dil. The actor has not yet been arrested.

Asked to wear tight clothes, Pratyusha storms out of sets: Pratyusha Banerjee recently stormed out of the sets of the upcoming TV show, 'Darr–Sabko Lagta Hai'.

Sources who were present on the sets told us, “Pratyusha was roped in for an episode of the show that will be hosted by Bipasha Basu. The actress was asked to wear a sleeveless top with shorts, which she found a bit too revealing. Though she had given the look test in the same clothes, she later found the clothes revealing.

She wasn’t willing to see reason and left the sets, leaving the producers in a fix. The producers incurred losses.”
When contacted, the actress refused to comment on the issue. However, sources close to Pratyusha confirmed that she had, in fact, left the sets of the show, but because the clothes were not of her size.

“She was given a spaghetti and shorts to wear for the look test, and she pointed out that the clothes were not fitting her. She wanted them one size larger. But the next day when she reported for the shoot, she found that she had been given the same clothes she had worn for the look test. She pointed it out to the director but he asked her to fix it herself.

She was upset with this attitude of the people on the sets and decided to walk out,” sources close to the actress said. Pratyusha has now been replaced in the show by Sonal Vengurlekar.

Ravi Kishen’s daughter missing, actor files police complaint

'Bigg Boss' contestant and Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan has filed a missing complaint of his 19-year-old daughter with police here.

"A complaint has been filed at the Bangurnagar police station few days ago by the actor (Ravi Kishan) and the police is probing the case," said DCP (Detection) Dhananjay Kulkarni.

Police sources claimed that his daughter had left the 44-year-old actor's house for the second time.

Nalini Negi: I was shocked to read about my involvement in a robbery case: The 'Laut Aao Trisha'-fame TV actress Nalini Negi is in the centre of a controversy, following reports of a police complaint against her.

She, along with her two friends — Neha Nangia and an aspiring model — have been charged for allegedly stealing cash and valuables worth `1.87 lakh following a complaint by model Renu Sirohi.

According to the FIR, Neha, who was living with Sirohi, entered the flat using a duplicate key and emptied the locker which had `1.5 lakh cash and valuables, including a gold ring worth `37,000.

Nalini however, claims to have been framed. She says, “I know Neha from the time we were in Delhi. We used to do modelling together. I met her recently at her residence in Malad on her invite. However, I bumped into her at the entrance where she told me that she had lost the key and needed to make a duplicate one. I didn’t doubt her.

How was I to know that the things would get this dirty? After two days, I woke up to media calls about this case. I was shocked! There is nothing wrong from my side nor am I planning to hire a lawyer as there is no case in the first place. I have not been summoned or called by the cops.”
Santosh Bhandare, Senior Police Inspector, Bangur Nagar Police Station, says, “An FIR has been filed. Our investigation is on. So far, Nalini’s involvement is not seen but if we get a clue on it, she will be arrested.

Her presence in the premises of the complainant in her absence, has been confirmed.”

Pooja Misrra assaults shopping store staff: Model and television actress Pooja Misrra has been accused of assaulting the staff of a leading store. Police said on 12th October that the Big Boss season five contestant was caught on camera roughing up the staff in Karol Bagh in West Delhi on 11th October night. "The model not only manhandled the staff but took out a pistol and threatened to shoot them," said a police official. The official said the model lost her temper after a heated argument with a customer. "Why the model lost her temper is yet to be verified. We have recovered the CCTV footage of the incident. The matter is being probed," said the official. No case has been registered yet.

Vikas Gupta: Vishal Singh storms out when asked about his virginity: Vikas Gupta, who has produced several unconventional shows, including Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan and Gumrah, is now set to play a new role on TV. He has turned host with Bad Company. And going by the look of it, the show will give a sneak peek into some fiercely-guarded secrets of celebrities. Says Vikas, “The content is edgy and sensational with celebrities talking about topics ranging from virginity, heartbreaks and their wildest fantasies.” And we hear that one of the celebrity guests — Vishal Singh — even walked out mid-way given the nature of the show. Prod him about it and Vikas says, “We were treading on forbidden grounds. I asked Vishal who he lost his virginity to and he replied, to ‘an aunty in his neighbourhood’. But then things got a little uncomfortable after that and he just stormed out of the set, halting the shoot. We had to then pacify him before the camera started rolling again.”

TV actor Khalid Siddiqui held for molesting estranged wife: TV actor Khalid Siddiqui who also played a role in Ghajini has been reportedly accused of molesting his wife Rahaat. As per the reports, Siddiqui allegedly tried to strangulate his wife. However, after his arrest, Siddiqui was granted bail. Actor Khalid Siddiqui, 41, was arrested earlier this week by the Khar police after he had an altercation with his estranged wife Raahat. The incident occurred around 3 am on Wednesday outside the apartment of his 'girlfriend' in Bandra, where Siddiqui allegedly molested Raahat in front of the building's watchmen. Siddiqui was later granted bail by the Bandra court after he claimed there was no intention to outrage his wife's modesty, and that despite their separation technically she was still his wife. Siddiqui and Raahat, who have a son and daughter, have been living separately for two years. Raahat alleged that Siddiqui then tried to suffocate her and molested her while the security guards simply looked on. At 3.30 am, she approached the police. "They registered a case but arrested him only at 6.30 am. The problem is that Khalid, despite earning so well, doesn't want to fund my children and me." Siddiqui was booked for molestation, assault and criminal intimidation.

TV Actor Anuj Saxena faces Rs 1.35 crore cheating charge: ​Pharma barons and brothers Alok and Anuj Saxena are in the dock over allegations of a Rs 1.35-crore cheque fraud against Elder Pharmaceuticals, a medical manufacturing and marketing company headed by them. While Alok (CEO and MD) has been arrested, the police are still on the hunt for Chief Operations Officer (COO) Anuj, who is also a well-known TV actor. The Saxena brothers, along with two other top officials from Elder Pharma, had allegedly tried to make a payment of Rs 1.35 crore through five post-dated cheques from a deactivated account. The fraud came to light after Dr Anil Agarwal, proprietor of MAK Ampoules Pvt Ltd and Ankola Paper Mills Pvt Ltd - companies based in Marine Lines which supplied material to Elder Pharmaceuticals - registered an FIR at the Azad Maidan police station on October 2. As the representatives of the company didn't respond to notifications, calls, reminders or legal notices, an FIR was finally registered on Tuesday under Sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 34 (common intention). Apart from the Saxena siblings, the FIR also named executive director Yusuf Karim Khan and independent director Joginder Singh Juneja. Senior Police Inspector Narendra Singh of Azad Maidan police station said, "According to the details furnished by the bank and the complainant, we have arrested the signing authorities on the cheques (Alok and Yusuf Khan) and produced them in court today. Both are in judicial custody now and we are looking for the other two accused now." Alok and Yusuf were later granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh each, which is to be submitted by noon today. (As quoted by ndtv.com)

TV actor arrested on rape charges

A 23-year-old actor, who has appeared in many Hindi TV serials, has been arrested from Mumbai by a team of Bengaluru south division police officers for allegedly raping a woman in the city, reports Bangalore Mirror. The actor, Sourabh Sai Sartaj, has been sent to judicial custody. The actor and the victim, who is 15 years older than him, reportedly became friends during a dance show.

According to the city police, their friendship carried on for a while and the two started exchanging "friendly" texts. The actor once came to the city, visited her house in Mysore Road and stayed in her guest house, the police said". She even introduced the accused to her husband. In January, the accused came to her residence and the victim offered him fruit juice.

According to the victim's complaint, the actor put sedatives in the juice and raped her," an investigating officer said. "He also videographed the act and started blackmailing her with the footage. The victim said that the actor threatened to show the clipping to her husband and post it on the internet."

The victim said the man then raped her repeatedly between mid January and July, at different reputed hotels in the city. The police team visited the hotels and found that the actor had booked the rooms in his name. The police have also seized the video footage.

The victim's complaint stated that the actor managed to extract `15 lakh from her claiming that he had bagged the role of a hero for a Hindi movie and had to pay for it. He also reportedly extracted money from her to pay the rent for his flat at Andheri West in Mumbai. "The accused forced her to sell gold ornaments in a city jewellery shop," a cop said.

The police have visited the jewellery store on West Of Chord Road and have collected the footage. "When the victim refused to pay him further, the accused threatened to kill her daughter. Unable to withstand the mental pressure, the victim filed her complaint with the police," the officer said."

Dolly Bindra says Radhe Maa threatening her, files complaint: TV actor Dolly Bindra has approached the Mumbai police commissioner Rakesh Maria, and alleged that she is being threatened by Radhe Maa. Bindra used to be a devotee of the controversial spiritual leader herself.Bindra has said that she has been receiving threatening calls. "I am getting life-threatening calls and I doubt on Radhe Maa, MM Gupta, and Asaram's followers over it. I have filed a complaint and the police will investigate the matter," Bindra said.The Mumbai-based 50-year-old Radhe Maa has become a social media rage after a video clip emerged of her dancing to a Bollywood tune and still images showed her lounging on a sofa in a red miniskirt and knee-high boots.
On Sunday, the Mumbai Police had issued summons to Radhe Maa to record her statement in connection with a dowry harassment case and she has to appear within four days at the Kandivali Police station. A woman had earlier complained that Radhe Maa instigated her husband and in-laws to harass her for dowry. In more trouble for Radhe Maa, an advocate in Bhopal lodged a complaint against her for hurting religious sentiments. Bollywood and TV industry, where Radhe Maa has a dedicated following, has also been divided in two camps. While Rishi Kapoor openly trolled her, filmmaker Subhash Ghai had come out in her support.

TV actress Mona Singh recently refused to click a selfie with a fan. The result: Mona was harrased by the unidentified stalker. The incident occurred on August 2 when Mona was returning after performing in a play at St Andrews in Bandra, Mumbai. A guy asked Mona to click a selfie with him. Since Mona doesn't click pictures with strangers, she didn't oblige. That's when the stranger harrased the actress. Mona immediately blocked his number on WhatsApp. The driver suggested Mona to file a police complaint, but Mona was not sure of this idea as she did not know how that guy would react in future... Later Mona and her close friends decided to wait before filing a police complaint till he calls back or takes this act to a whole new level."

Mona confirmed the incident by saying, "This incident took place last week ie the 2nd of August. I am still a little shaken with this brazen act of defiance. But I have not let it affect me at all. I am absolutely game for selfies but selfies with strangers is a big no for me. Can't imagine that a man could go to this extent only for a selfie. I could have filed a complaint with the police but thought against it as I did not want to make matters worse."

Sai Ballal opens up on molestation charges against him: Recently the reports of the arrest of 'Udann' fame actor Sai Ballal created a buzz in the media. Reportedly, the actor was accused of sending lewd messages including pornographic clips to a co-star. The lady first approached the production house but when nothing changed she complained to CINTAA, who advised her to approach the police. After the incident Ballal was arrested on 16 July from the sets of his show 'Udann' and later on was granted anticipatory bail on the same date.

After his bail from the court, Sai opened up about the allegations against him. Sai said, “I have been in this industry for almost two decades now and whatever I have earned today is all due to my hard work and the efforts I have put in. I took 20 years to reach this position, but never played any dirty games like these. I will just state that it is a disgusting and cheap way to claim fame and due to such people the industry suffers. Such things should not ever happen.” “All my colleagues know what the truth is and they are with me. My wife Shama Deshpande knows everything and she is with me through all these. I have told her everything as I have nothing to hide. Apart from this I cannot comment much as the case is sub-judice,” concluded the actor.

Sai Balal arrested for sexual harassment case:

Television actor Sai Balal was arrested by the Borivali police on Wednesday after an actress accused him of sending her sexually explicit videos on her cell phone. The actress and Balal starred together in TV show 'Udaan'. Two members of the production team of the show have also been booked for abetment.

Police said that Balal and the actress are both in their fifties. "The harassment started in April this year. Balal used to send sleazy text messages to the actress. Gradually, he started sending her videos with adult content. He would message her to ask if she liked the videos and that she should visit him when he was home alone," said a police official. The actress was disgusted. Initially, she tried to handle the situation politely but when Balal would not stop, she asked him to back off.

The actress also alerted the production house of the goings-on. But no action was taken against Balal. "Balal started to threaten the actress. Two members of the production team, Bharat Choksi and Abhishek Agarwal, also assisted him. The length of her role on the show was reduced," said senior inspector Gunaji Sawant. The actress slipped into depression. She also complained to an artists' association. On Tuesday, she received a mail from the association asking her to approach the police with a complaint.

On Wednesday, she went to the Borivali police station where a case was registered against Balal, Choksi and Agarwal for sexual harassment, stalking and abetment under IPC, besides provisions of the Information Technology Act. Balal would be produced before a magistrate court at Borivali on Thursday. Choksi and Agarwal are yet to be arrested.

Co-star Helen accused Sai Balal of sexual harassment:

Actor Sai Balal, popular as Bhaiyyaji in 'Udann', was accused of sexual harassment by his co-actor Helen Fonseca, who played Saroj in the show in June this year.

Allegedly, it started off with Balal sending her sleazy text messages, which slowly graduated to porn videos. After much prodding, Helen revealed, "Sai would often send messages asking if I wanted to kiss him apart from sexually explicit videos. Initially, I handled it politely. But when things came to a head, I asked him to back off. I even complained to the production house, and a day later, I was relegated to an insignificant role in the show. I was expecting support from the cast and the crew, but that didn't happen. The show is a closed chapter for me."

However Balal rubbished the allegation saying, "It's not true. Please come to the set to see how clean I am."
