As per Union Minister Anurag Thakur, the Lajpat Nagar to Saket G Block stretch, spread over 8.4 km, will host eight stations and integrate Silver, Magenta, Pink, and Violet lines entirely through elevated tracks.
As per reports, the 12.4 km Inderlok to Indraprastha route will have 10 stations. It will serve as an extension of the Green Line, connecting Red, Yellow, Airport Line, Magenta, Violet, and Blue Lines. It will comprise 11.349 km of underground lines and 1.028 km of elevated lines.
Highlighting the significance, the government stated, "The Inderlok - Indraprastha Line will significantly bolster connectivity to the Bahadurgarh region of Haryana. Commuters from these areas can seamlessly navigate through the Green Line to reach Indraprastha directly, along with various central and east Delhi destinations."
