The event is a part of the Republic Day celebrations, and highlights the best Republic Day Parade tableaux, cultural performances from the Zonal Cultural Centres and various states and Union Territories, and grand performances by the three armed forces bands.
Bharat Parv is open to visitors from 12 PM to 10 PM. The fully illuminated Red Fort is, of course, a sight to behold.
It is also important to note that the entire Bharat Parv zone is a single-use plastic-free area.
But wait, that’s not all. The Bharat Parv is here to give you an incredible opportunity to showcase your talents in the field of arts. There are painting competitions where you can take part in. Also, there will be nukkad natak (street plays), quiz competitions and performances from tourism clubs of schools and colleges among other things.
