Assam’s Kamakhya Devi Temple will join the league of Shirdi Sai Baba Temple and Amritsar’s Golden Temple this Diwali for having a dome made of the gilded metal. According to the reports, the famous shaktipeeth, Kamakhya Temple, will have a dome made of gold. About 20 kg of sheer gold has been donated to the shrine by a leading businessmen in India. Read less
According to the reports, the famous shaktipeeth, Kamakhya Temple, will have a dome made of gold. About 20 kg of sheer gold has been donated to the shrine by a leading businessmen in India.
Reportedly, the preliminary work has been completed and gold leafing of three bigger kalash surrounding the dome is in progress. The final work will be done by Diwali.
