It rained chocolate in this Switzerland town!

It was a dream come true for the residents of a Swiss town, when they recently witnessed a chocolate shower.
Reportedly, it rained chocolate in Olten, a town located between Zurich and Basel. It happened after a mishap at a Lindt and Sprüngli factory.
The chocolate manufacturer told the press that the chocolate shower was due to a minor defect in the cooling ventilation made for a line of roasted cocoa beans. The chocolate powder was carried away by strong gusts of wind, thus scattering the cocoa dust everywhere around the factory area.

Several residents were glad to witness the sight, and shared the pictures on the social media as well.

On their part, Lindt and Sprüngli told a leading news agency that the chocolate power was harmless to the citizens and the environment. Furthermore, the company has offered to pay for any cleanup costs. The ventilation system has been put in order and the chocolate factory is now working as usual.
