According to the latest reports, the café named Café Freedom has been re-established at Kaman Aman Setu in the final post of the Indian Army in Kashmir. The café operations have begun after four long years. For long, the border areas of India have remained cut off from tourists, more so, in Kashmir.
Visitors can enjoy a hot cuppa at the newly opened cafeteria, relish snacks, take a selfie on the bridge, and take souvenirs as a memory of their border visit. A towering 60 ft national flag has been installed at the café site, which looks impressive.
