Good news for fully vaccinated travellers. The Leh District Administration has said that fully vaccinated travellers are not required to show an RT-PCR test report in the Union Territory. According to an official order, the Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Department of Ladakh included this new rule to its existing order.
The order mentions, "The District Administration – Leh and Kargil will put in place a reliable and verifiable system in consultation with the Health Department for the purpose.”
Ladakh, which was recently made into a Union Territory, is a mountainous region high up in the Indian Himalayas. It is home to some of the most spectacular experiences, and is one of the most coveted places of all. Everything is ten times better in Ladakh, and the clouds are always keeping your company.
