Only open during the summer months, the Woodlands Water Play Park is the best splash park in the city. There are over 20 different water features that are spread across three separate areas for different aged children. This divide is especially nice for those with really young kids as it ensures they are safe and not getting sprayed by the older kids. The park houses washrooms and snack shack, as well as plenty of shade to ensure that everything you need is there. If the young ones get tired of the water, there is a multi-level playground suitable for all ages with a nice spongy ground cover in case of accidental falls. One of the best parts about this water play park is admission is completely free! Also located just beside the water play area is a beach volleyball court and skate park. Pack your bathing suit, towels, snacks and water toys and enjoy a fun filled day of splashing and playing.
