Why wouldn’t you want to visit the largest shopping mall, not only in Canada but in all of North America? If you or the kids like to shop (think teens and pre-teens) then there are over 800 stores to choose from! And don’t worry about parking problems; there is space for over 20,000 cars here! But shopping isn’t the only thing you can do here at the WEM, there is plenty of fun to be had for those non-shoppers. Besides Galaxyland and World Waterpark (which are attractions on there own and talked about below) there is also an indoor lagoon that features three sea lions and a replica pirate ship. There is also a bowling alley, mini golf course, arcade, movie theatres, concert venue and NHL sized ice arena. New attractions to the mall include a maze of mirrors, a zipline ride over the waterpark and an interactive simulation ride that is done in 3D. Did we mention there is also a fun house, haunted house, wild west shooting centre, bingo hall and rock climbing wall inside? Don’t worry, we promise no kids will be complaining about having to go to this mall with their parents.
