The Grandstand Show is not to be missed here and comes coupled with the Chuck wagon races, a race in which horses pull the wagons around a track led by a driver. The chuck wagon races happen first and make sure you grab a seat to watch this thrilling event. If you happen to be lucky enough to snap a VIP pass, or splurge on one you will want to head to the barns first. The barns are where you can meet the drivers and horses behind the event, take photos of the wagons and score some great food and drink. After the chuck wagon races the area is transformed for the evening show. It is a mix of stunts such as motorcycle flipping and acrobatics coupled with live music, dancing and impressive fire entertainment. Watch pianos being played in mid-air, ballet performances and one heck of a fireworks show to conclude the evening. Tickets for this event can either be purchased in advance or at the gate and this is one show you do not want to miss at the Calgary Stampede.
