It sure won’t feel like learning when you bring the kids to the Telus World of Science located in Edmonton. One of the best parts about this awesome attraction is that it’s just as much for parents as it is for kids! For kids under the age of eight, they will want to head immediately to the Discoveryland Gallery, which is divided into four separate areas. First check out the Cloud Burst area where kids can play in the water table or use the plastic balls provided to try and make them float. The Sky High area is where kids can pretend they are flying high, unloading luggage and pretending they are pilots. Other areas encourage them to build with blocks and play musical instruments. For the kids that are fascinated with space, head to the Space Place with its interactive exhibits which allow kids to fly their own missions to Mars or even crash a meteor into earth. An IMAZ theatre, special science demonstrations and constantly rotating exhibits make this one of the most fun places to be in Edmonton.
