Changi Airport is home to many hotels both full-service hotels as well as transit hotels that you can book by the hour and of course, airport lounges that you can use to relax. Though the general area at Changi itself is quite comfortable, with massage chairs and snooze chairs all over, but still if you need to relax in your own private space then there are a number of options available here. There are transit hotels run under the brand name Ambassador that let you use their facilities, including swimming pools, for 5-6 hours for a fee. There are general lounges that can either be accessed with membership or on a pay per use basis. For example, at the Plaza Premium Lounge, they will let you use their comfortable seating, have food (not drinks) and work from the comfort of an office cubicle for a fee of SGD16. I loved their coffee while looking at the vast green patch outside after I had a nice foot massage while chatting with their friendly staff. Transit hotels also offer shower and spa facilities for a quick rejuvenation. If you are someone who lives out of airports, there are full-service hotels such as Crowne Plaza where you can have the regular high-end facilities. Stay facilities are available both in transit areas as well as public areas of the airport.
